1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed via Shopify Payments. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside our control.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders $90 and above, automatically applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
5. Domestic Shipping

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
STAPLE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly, and reach out to us at contact@stapleus.com — we're happy to help however we can.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@stapleus.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
